Through the School Lunch Initiative, an entirely new
set of menus and recipes have been created for Berkeley Unified School District's
school meal program. We have provided a set of sample recipes here, in downloadable PDF
format. These recipes are designed to serve approximately 100 students, but can be easily
modified for your district/school.They are provided here in PDF format. For best results,
use fresh, seasonal ingredients. |
