Recipes for Food Service Professionals

Through the School Lunch Initiative, an entirely new set of menus and recipes have been created for Berkeley Unified School District's school meal program. We have provided a set of sample recipes here, in downloadable PDF format. These recipes are designed to serve approximately 100 students, but can be easily modified for your district/school.They are provided here in PDF format. For best results, use fresh, seasonal ingredients.
